I am so excited! My Intention series of workshops begin again this month and I can’t wait to witness the transformations that people so courageously allow for themselves. Also, for each day during the month of September, members of my tribe will receive inspiration, self care tips, and words of wisdom in their inboxes as we all prepare for the transition from the dog days of summer to the stabilizing autumn season.
Autumn welcomes the opportunity to release those things that no longer serve us; just as the trees, in all their wisdom, shed leaves that were once vibrant and healthy.
With that said, reflect on what living with more intention could mean for your life.
If you began every day the way you wanted to, what would that look like?
Make a list of the rituals you would incorporate into every day that would make that day the best ever.
For example, perhaps you’d like to wake up, refreshed, every morning at 5a.m., make it to 6a.m. yoga, have a healthy breakfast of fruits and get to work early. What would you need, the night before, in order for a morning like this to happen?
The best way to build a life full of intention is having an idea of what you’d like that life to look like.
